The two Racha islands, Racha Yai & Noi, situated directly south of Phuket, can easily be seen from the south coast of the island in clear weather. Because these twin islands are washed by the clear water of the Andaman sea, conditions for diving, snorkeling and swimming are perfect, surely the most beautiful islands in close proximity to Phuket.
Koh Racha Yai with its gleaming beaches can be reached by chartered boat from Ao Chalong and Rawai.
