Karon View Point

The Karon Viewpoint is now what once was known as the Kata viewpoint. The Karon Viewpoint is one of the most visited viewpoints in Phuket. Locally ‘Khao Saam Haad’ (Three Beaches Hill), has been renamed to ‘Karon Viewpoint’ by the local municipality. From this point, it is possible to take in the beautiful views of Kata Noi, Kata Yai and Karon beaches respectively. The viewpoint is located between the Nai Harn and Kata Noi beach, and is frequently visited almost all year round. The Karon Viewpoint has been placed high on the to-do lists of travellers, but for a reason. It’s located just to the south of Kata Noi Beach and from there you’ll look out directly out to the breathtaking Andaman Sea - and you’ll quickly see why the Viewpoint enjoys such a high popularity among visitors.
